THE 4th INTERNATIONAL CONTEST AND EXHIBITTION
ON ARTISTIC PHOTOS IN VIETNAM
(VN- 07)
lN 2007, THE VIETNAMESE MINISTRY OF CULTURE AND INFORMATION (MOCI) IS COORDINATING WITH THE VIETNAM ASSOCIATION OF PHOTOGRAPHIC ARTISTS (VAPA) TO ORGANIZE THE 4'h INTERNATIONAL CONTEST AND EXHIBITION ON ARTISTIC PHOTOS IN VIETNAM (VN-07) WITH THE SPONSORSHIP OF THE INTERNATIONAL FEDERATION OF PHOTOGRAPHIC ART (FIAP).THE CONTEST IS FOR ALL INTERNATIONAL AND DOMESTIC PHOTOGRAPHERS TO INCREASE THEIR EXCHANGE OF
EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE, AND INTRODUCE THEIR CREATIVE WORKS.
I. THEM
: For a
good life on earth.
II.RULER :
- Color, and black and white photos. including all types of photographic art.
Each photographer can send in up to 4 entries of each type.
- Size: 30x40cm or 30 x 45cm.
- Each intemational author shall need to contnbute a participation fee of 10 EURO (or 15 USD), Vetnamese courterpart 150,000 VND. Otherwise, they are not regarded as contestants with no catalogues presented and their photos not returned.
- The organizing board shall not accept already-awarded photos in any competing events sponsored orland organized by FIAP, MOCI. VAPA (National photo contest and exhibition, annual excellent photo exhibition, VAPA-FUJIFILM Cup...)
- The organizers are entiled to owning and using the contested and exhibited works for non-commercial purposes without having to pay royalty.
- The organizers shall not be responsible for delay of participation fees.
- The organizers shall not be responsible for any losses, strays or damages of the related properties dunng the sending by post.
- The organizers shall take back the rewards and annul the winning of the works that are detected as pirates or rule violations.
- ln case, more than one work of the same author win awards, only the highest award of them shall be presented to the author.
- The deadline for reception of photos is 15/7/2007
* Note: Each work shall be anached with one Work Form nled up with adequate necessary information (see sample).
III AWARDS:
- 02 Gdd Medals (01 NationaI VN-17 Gold Medal , 01 FIAP VN-17 gold Medal)
plus 1 000 USD for each.
- 04 Silver Medals (02 National VN -07 Silver Medals, 02 FIAP VN-07 Silver Medals)
plus 700USD for each.
- 06 Bronze Medals (03 National VN-07 Bronze Medals, 03 FIAP VN-07 Bronze Medals)
plus 500USD for each.
- 20 Honor Certificates (10 National VN-07 honor certificates. 10 FIAP VN-07 honor certificates)
plus 1 00USD for each.
